      Pros

      I had a great boss at the time but he no longer works there either.

      Cons

      Everything. Shady for-profit organization that claims to help children. Leadership and HR is clueless and lays off people who are talented and work hard. Pay was atrocious. If you're going to make money by "helping" children at least pay your workers fairly.
