      Unprofessional nursery, underpaid and understaffed

      Pros

      Floor colleagues were lovely and worked extremely hard.

      Cons

      Higher management had no clue what they were doing. Constantly changing policy for the worse. Extremely underpaid and understaffed. Always getting sent to other nurseries. No sick pay and made to feel awful for being unwell.

      Competitive rates of pay Great support Good training and development opportunities A large company with a close family vibe where everyone looks out for each other. Great benefits and incentives An ever growing company with Staff who have been on role for 20 plus years.
