      Remote work.. thats literally it

      Cons

      Pay is low New startup so long hours/overworked management They will let you go as quickly as possible and threaten literal lawsuits if you don't return their equipment back ASAP. An absolute joke of a company to work for.. highly recommend you read the contract before signing. Avoid like the plague

      Pros

      StartGuides is an amazing place to be. Tons of people from all different career backgrounds. Everyone is very mission driven and believes in the products StartGuides produces. Tons of career satisfaction knowing that your are making a real difference in the way military conducts training. The company also really believes in having a work/life balance so you choose you hours as long as you get your deliverables done when they are needed.
