If you're a top-performer that appreciates cutting-edge technology and an environment that fosters autonomy and growth, you should make it your mission to work for StartWire. Brilliant, strategic and yet hands-on leadership with a bright, ambitious supporting team make getting up and doing my work a pleasure. My worst day at StartWire is better than my best day anywhere else.
Cons
Haven't encountered any cons to date, but will add that it's an entrepreneurial environment. If you're one to follow the leader vs. blaze your own trail, this might not be the right environment for you.

Pros
Everyone has a voice at this small company. Great ideas from all levels are turned into real, positive change. The start up atmosphere also allows all employees to gain exposure and learn about different areas of the business outside of their main focus area. It's a culture that allow new employees to develop skills and learn quickly.
