Pros
- A LOT of autonomy. I get to carve out my own paths. - The community is phenomenal. I feel like I'm playing catch-up everyday with the quality of the people I'm surrounded by. - We move fast and break things like a startup. - Variety of work!
Cons
Like any startup - we are a little scrappy/hacky, a lot falls on initiative (you REALLY carve out your own path), and there is always a lot of work to be done
