Pros
Broad range of experiences (Assessment, Venture Capital, Venture Scaling at the core, but with access to a broad range of Functional opportunities too). Deep and strong community built around it, which provides significant leverage in the pursuit of individual and company success. Deeply experience and supportive Founding / Management Team - provide lots of room to grow, but always available to help as well.
Cons
Currently lacks the capacity to fulfil its potential / ambition, although founders are aware of that and seeking to address it.

Pros
Its going to be a long list i would have ever made, however, word limit forces me to make it concise. The company has an evolving mindset, willingness to listen, learn and grow. The management is absolutely fantastic. What I have admired about Startup-O is that we have always given our clients-startups an action based feedback and have put in efforts to help them grow. Nothing can beat us, till we have this approach.
Cons
Of course any company has its own set of challenges. However, there are hardly any complaints i can recall. I do wish that the public should see more positive feeds on what an awesome company we are versus reading the any negative feeds.
