      Solid growth good place to learn and earn

      Pros

      Great place to learn operations and planning for projects. I decided to write this because several friends that I referred pointed me to some negative reviews posted below. I have been here over a year; and there is great team work, support and a feeling of a winning team. I understand that the company had to reduce workforce last year but at this time we are keeping our heads down and growing.

      we wear many hats and I have heard some people complain.

      Pros

      Growing company with the opportunity to learn in multiple areas in a very short time frame. Management is supportive and firm on deliverables. A company focused on putting in place the foundation to be best in class. A good company for those willing to put in a solid days work and be rewarded with a good and respectful peer environment, knowledge and all the responsibility you are willing to take.

      Cons

      As a small company, still many "do it your self" activities versus a department to support, can sometimes makes things take longer.
