Wow where to start. This is one of the worst run clubs in America. From horrible management to god awful sound system that reflects off a metal floor this place has turned to absolute trash. Management uses the buddy buddy system and if your on your knees most the time you might get someplace. Never expect to get a schedule and plan to show up just to find out your shift been given to someone else.
For a club that brings in over 30k a night, they cant afford new equipment and they expect you to work at $13 an hour.
There are over a million dollars worth of lighting equipment hanging from the ceiling and no one knows how to use it. There are only a couple certified lighting tech but they don't work much due to other jobs. They will put a new hire DJ in to work lights who has no idea how to use them then consider you a hostile employee if you complain about anything!
Peer DJ's will steal your music and then sabotage you to get you fired or leave. IF you file a complaint it will be ignored and you'll be moved to another club.
This club used to be the heart of Texas nightlife however the new management has destroyed the good name this club used to have.
If you are thinking of working here DONT! There are many other clubs to help you build your careers and treat you right. Station 4 will only steal your music and then kick you out!
