Pros

Good teammates, free coffee, they have a Fooseball table.

Cons

Very high turnover both voluntary and not. In cases where it's not...the terminations are largely the Exec trying to cover their deficiencies and project the blame for the failures of the company. CEO is a terrific salesman, but does not share reality with the team and is quick to blame staff for corp failures. Speak to former employees to get the full scoop if you are appying here.

Fantastic staff/colleagues - very bright, collaborative, and welcoming group all working toward a shared goal; Great benefits - very generous vacation and sick leave; Great perks - Friday barbecues, tuck shop, "Fusebill Fun Days", and unlimited Starbucks coffee :) ; Structured Management Team - Management is available for questions, simply looking to empower their employees and see the company, as a whole, succeed.

Everyone is always striving to improve the company and one and other. Common goals. flexible hours. Fooseball table. talented employees. nice management. very social environment

Cons

Constantly changing the company's direction in an attempt to find a more successful way to operate. Never truly giving their current approach long enough to prove successful. - High turnover rate (but they also hire constantly), making it high-risk and difficult to plan your life
