Pros

Employees easy to work with Weekly stand-ups are fun Some really talented ppl

Cons

Over worked - there's due dates set out by upper management, but it never happens Under paid - can't complain in the first bit but after awhile you just feel used. They believe in a two tier payment structure, Product Developer and Team Lead, if you fall in between (Co-Lead) you default down to the Product Developer wage. They also don't give raises unless you're in the C-suite.
