Low pay lack of rules lacking PPE, OSHA violations, lack of effective HR workers in fabrication shop with injured due to lack of care, no discipline, behavior issues, no respect between employees & management, lack of training, field techs working 80-100 hour work weeks without being told, disrespectful managers, lack of resources, undesirable expectations, no room for improvement, distrust amongst employees, everyone takes everything as a joke makes a very bad work/home life ****VERY HIGH TURNOVER RATE****
