Pros
Co-workers were amazing, all management and shift supervisors were great, pay was decent, you learn something new daily, got to use power tools, quarterly bonuses, opportunity for growth within the company. however, it is a new company with a lot of promise if they can work all the kinks out and corporate learns how to treat their employees.
Cons
Corporate is not transparent even though it is 1 of the core value, has no heat or a/c so freezing in the winter and miserable hot in the summer. however, it is a new company with a lot of promise if they can work all the kinks out.
