Business outlook
Pros
Small company so there is only one person responsible for software development. I was hired to do backend stuff which was done in PHP but ended up taking care of everything.
Cons
Lack of growth opportunities. I pretty much started and ended at the same salary after working here for 2.5 years. As the company deals with selling steal so there is a lot of noise in the office that makes it really hard to concentrate on writing code. You will be given altered requirements at the end of every day meaning the most of the work you would have done prior to that would be of no use.
