A company good at projecting a happy and dynamic image through social media. Too bad the corporate reality is quite different. Even the most irrelevant decision must go through the founder. Result: fear of making mistakes and operational paralysis. Turnover is extremely high. During my tenure, several people were sent away even after only a few days of work or resigned.
