Great culture, good for newbies tryong to learn and move up the ladder.

Some accounts and managers can be toxic. Also, they don't have steady salary increase and performance bonus yearly. Increase is still up to senior managent for approval.
Not a single pro over my tenure. I am still trying to find one with a positive mind!
Cons
- Lack of vision, mission or objectives
- Incompetent Leadership starting with the CEO and all the way down
- Promotion is nearly impossible unless you speak Portugese/Spanish
- History of clients waving goodbye due to sub-standard delivery quality
