Cons
As the title says.... This place really is a harrowing example of the rich exploiting the poor. A very small number of very overpaid management literally dancing on the backs of thier agency factory workers. Minimal concern for the health safety and wellbeing of the majority of the workforce ( less than required by law) and thier discomfort is treated as a joke by those responsible for it. The project is going horribly but rather than address the core issues, low paid staff are sacrificed to keep the high net worth family who own Stelling happy and convinced the whole thing won't be a disaster. Environmental credentials are non existent, they don't even recycle waste paper let alone anything coming out of the factory (and neither do they care) and traffic management on site is so poor I'd be surprised if somone doesn't die in a gruesome accident soon.
