      Great products and wonderful front line managers

      Upper management is new and disconnected from the realities of the US oncology marketplace. Making goals, strategies, decisions without input from front line managers or sales force. Unrealistic expectations and toxic work environment. “Bait and switch” comp plan, very late on bonus payments.
