Colleagues with whom toi can suffer together

Owner who is unable to lead. Shouts to the employees and treats them as they were pigs not human beings. You are not even aloud to do that to any animal.

Negotiable salary, great colleagues to suffer with.
Cons
Horrible owner who targets and gaslights employees on a daily basis. Company's business is going really bad. Employees constantly change and owner kicks people out in routine basis. People are very stressed and resources are very low.
