Pros
This company focuses on the well being of it's employees. Management is always willing to listen and encourages us to speak up. They are willing to allow us to work flexible schedules to help with work life balance. The benefits and incentives are good including paid overtime when necessary and annual bonuses after your first year. There is a lot of room to grow even while working remotely.
Cons
The workload is sometimes challenging and requires extra hours but these extra hours are often compensated and management always encourages the team to ask for help.
