Literally not one pro unless you desperately need money
Cons
Every single thing from the top down. Terrible management in place in the company and at most of the courses. Course conditions are abysmal and will never improve because management won’t put any money back into the course so they can keep filling their own pockets.
As an employee, you get unlimited playing privileges at any Sterling course, so I was able to play courses all over the Boston area for free.
Cons
It can feel like you’re trying to pull dead weight sometimes. One of my coworkers has very little customer service and would give me crap when I had to fill in while I was playing to serve a customer when he was drinking at the bar.
