Management lacks transparency and accountability. Communication from leadership is inconsistent, and when concerns are raised, they are often ignored rather than addressed. Instead of supporting employees and fostering growth, leadership tends to shift blame and create a stressful, unproductive work environment. Management there is unprofessional and always making inappropriate comments.

Work culture was not the best, long hours were expected to be put in without proper compensation. Company is heavily under resourced which is causing burnouts. Pay is on the lower end of the range as well. The employee turnover rate alone is evident of their poor resourcing.
