      Pros

      Sterling is such a great company which is run very well. All of the staff members are so welcoming and friendly. The training and support you get is so helpful, i never feel afraid to ask for help. Starting my role at sterling has gained me a lot of confidence. having 'flexi' is also amazing as it allows you to have a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      I honesty cant think of anything I can fault in regards to working at sterling.

      Working from home available company wide Flexible working available which gives a great work life balance All senior positions have been promoted within which offers great opportunities for individuals

      Pros

      The flexible work hours are perfect for someone with school age children and other commitments. It allows you to take time for Appointments etc. The training you receive is the best I have from a company and allows time for the new employees to really understand everything from the computer systems to the Processes and Procedures. After the training they also provide a buddy system which is amazing. All staff and Managers are extremely friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Working from home you can sometimes have internet drop outs, its just one of those things but they do have an IT Team on hand to support you.
