Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Sterling. We appreciate and value the experiences of all of our employees, former & current. Thank you for pointing out that no one shows up on time, even higher management, you get contacted after-hours, etc. The work-life balance is something that’s crucially important to us. Unfortunately, technology problems don’t always occur between the hours of 8am-5pm. When that happens, we try to show our gratitude by allowing our employees to come in late the following day. You’re also correct in that we try to move our employees around when they are making too many mistakes in their position. We try hard to find the right fit for an employee before having to make a change. I also appreciate your comments about the high turnover. During your employment with us, we created a new position. Despite our best efforts, that role experienced a high turnover. It can be challenging to find the right person and skill set for a new position. We don’t always get it right, but we're trying hard to learn from our mistakes. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you luck with your career.
