Massive turnover, purged out every senior manager and ops manager. Its a trucking company with no trucks, its all brokered, and drivers aren't paid ANY waiting time or cancelation fees. Certain managers are extreamly well paid, while all others have horrific benefits, minimum wage and sketchy business practices - (like firing workers after they get injured at work). If this is brought up - out you go. Some of these reviews are false - Sterling never a facility in South Carolina or any drivers on payroll. - its been strictly LAX to MIA, most recently opening in Texas, but only to run switches. Not a place to work unless you have no other place to go, if your reading this - then your considering it , but my advise - its a dead end and will kill your resume as they are known to be high turnover and without morals.
