      Good perks, progress even if you are incapable but good in politics

      Cons

      Highly political management, no work life balance, HR is there to sack people, no proper evaluation of performance, Solution business is doing bad from years and CEO,CFO and COO are enjoying, All senior team like licking.. No involvement of Group CEO and he left business in the hand hands of kids..

      Pros

      Seemingly high empowerment. Seemingly a fun work culture. Trusting management (e.g. you are deemed to be on work unless applied for leave, not the other way around). Good career progression. Inspiring organisational Core Purpose and Values.

      Cons

      Job uncertainty, particularly at senior levels. Rapid change of mind of management on practically every issue, internal or external. All yes men at top. Core Values are for display only, not for practice.
