Upper management is a mess. They don't care about their employees. Constant threats of firing people if insane deadlines aren't met. Over the top meltdowns and screaming matches in the shop (the owner).

Owner repeatedly screamed at employees on the shop floor regardless of whether they were management or not. Absolutely toxic work environment. No clear processes in place for many things or if they were in place they weren't used. Owner cares more about profit than safety. Company has been shut down by OSHA twice and still hasn't fixed many of the problems. Everything in the shop was always coated in a red dust that turned out to be a byproduct of welding, no proper ventilation in sight. Safety routines are nonexistent. Incredibly high turnover rate throughout the entire company.
