The owner is too micromanaging, complains too much, applies the management style "I'm your boss", employees and workers are exploited too much, the owner often underestimates employees, even managers who are much more experienced and who give advice are often underestimated. The human resource management function is not implemented properly because the owner is too dominant and does not function HRM to do its job properly.
