Leadership is lacking direction to get desired results. Very little outside of the box thinking. The directors are the presidents friends. High stress work environment and the problems are "the RSA fault." Stine has a serious lacking of accountability. Directors are worried about drinking and going out to bars. They could care less about adding value to a farm. sell an inferior corn product. No room for growth within the company.

Higher up management made the job difficult. Weren’t understanding of different areas having different demographics and events (I.E. time of year sales). Stine let multiple people go across the country. I was let go after 2 months of work and just shipped out nearly 13,000 units that week. Still dealing with legalities from being let go of the company, money being paid out of my pocket.
