Leadership is lacking direction to get desired results. Very little outside of the box thinking. The directors are the presidents friends. High stress work environment and the problems are "the RSA fault." Stine has a serious lacking of accountability. Directors are worried about drinking and going out to bars. They could care less about adding value to a farm. sell an inferior corn product.
No room for growth within the company.
