No medical coverage for 3 months. No 401K for 12 months, 6 years vesting to receive full company match. Mgmt in technology is dis-engaged and very recently married into the family and put into IT Management. Portfolio and Product Managers run the technology branch and are not adequately qualified. Long term plans are non-existent.
