Pros
Year-round employment, insurance (expensive but it worked), minus "leadership" and peer managers- great employees to work with.
Cons
Complete lack of industry knowledge from "leadership," toxic and abusive work environment, unprofessional behavior from top down, underpaid and overwhelmed staff, disrespeo"leadership," worst communication, from the top down, that I have EVER seen and drama central.
