      There were nice people who I was training with and the job was shift work which I enjoyed

      Cons

      I had to fund my own dbs which was posted to the wrong address and on knocking at the address was told that they had disposed of it . This cost me £57 and I was only in training at this point and wasn’t being paid at the timr

      Easy selection procedure / interview Training intensive but thorough

      The team work ethic wasn’t there Disorganised in terms of Who they really are (which shows from their website ) Public consumer 9/10 don’t understand either the group e.g Stobart/Air Lingus /Fly Be connection. Marketing is confusing) The company don’t work to their so called vision and values Future? (Not inspiring from what I learnt
