Pros

They didn’t mind if you worked remotely

Cons

I was at head office. The place is corrupt and wants to do the bare minimum to not get fined. They care only for profits, and will use you and discard you. Avoid this vicious corporate beast if you can.

Pros

Lovely offices. Inspiring leaders in Retirement Living, Legal, Sustainability, Residential.

Cons

There are some very abrasive personalities at Stockland, and if they don’t like you they are never ever going to like you. I left because I was told I was not the right cultural fit. Bias anyone?

Pros

Capable of wonderful development, plenty of great people, beautiful offices and decent flexibility. It's a nice place to work and there are interesting challenges to tackle.

Cons

Highly political - is effectively three seperate businesses with little willingness to collaborate. Soft competitive landscape with huge barriers to entry means little drive to innovate - the long term plan is to keep riding the strong market by resisting change. IT, systems and data has been a shambles for many, many years with failed projects littered along the way.
