      -Some genuinely excellent brands in the portfolio that deserve far better leadership - A hardworking local team doing their best in impossible conditions

      Cons

      - Catastrophic leadership failure at the executive level - No meaningful governance, financial discipline or commercial competence - A revolving door of senior staff due to burnout and mismanagement - Decision-making driven by ego and politics rather than experience or reality - Zero understanding of the local regulatory environment - Chronic chaos, constant crisis mode and total absence of strategic direction - A culture of fear, gaslighting and blame-shifting

      The people that work here are smart and also understand the craziness that you go through everyday.

      Cons

      Holding our 2019 bonuses hostage, it’s June 2020. If you get fired you receive none of it. Revolving upper management door 3 CEO’s in 3 years 5 HR representatives in 3 years Took 30% of our pay due to pandemic. With depletions up they still wouldn’t donate a single dollar to any cause PROFIT is the only thing they care about
