Pros

The job is easy and doesn’t require any specific skills or previous experience.

Cons

Much of the day is spent sitting in the service ‘just in case’ with little to do. There are no opportunities for progression/ it is very difficult to progress because there is only one team manager and one service manager. There are very few boundaries with the young people and no consequences. Very little proactive work is done with the young people, the young people are expected to approach staff. The induction process is very basic and face to face training is rare.

Pros

As a new member of the Central Support Team, it's great to see the commitment and passion people have to make a difference in the local community.

Cons

Some of the digital platforms need updating but this has already been addressed as a priority.

- Awful management - Staff favouritism - No training - Poor pay - Understaffed and overworked - Jobs being filled before being advertised
