• Extremely high turnover from what I observed — multiple departures occurred within short timeframes, including senior and junior staff.
• The culture felt unstable, with priorities frequently changing and limited clarity on expectations.
• Workload was consistently heavy, and there was little visible regard for employee sustainability or burnout.
• Leadership within Accounting Ops felt rigid and highly controlling. Micromanagement was common, feedback was often dismissed, and this contributed to low morale and disengagement.
• While policies may look reasonable on paper, their application felt inconsistent in practice, particularly around leave and flexibility.
Overall, this was a challenging environment that I would caution others to assess very carefully before joining.
