We’ve pretty much doubled in size over the last year, which is awesome. But nothing has been put in place to accommodate this; there are no processes or procedures. We ask time and again for things to be implemented to make it an easier environment to work in - more communication, better prioritised resourcing, etc. and nothing changes. We are told things will happen and they don’t. There is little communication between management and employees, and between teams. Feels like there is a lot of “going over people’s heads” happening.
