401k/Benefits Awesome team to work with of all skill levels Always something fun going on around the office each month (parties/events etc) CEO is very into the work and will get right down to the grind with engineers when need be. Fast-paced and growing every day Company is open with its employees about everything ( no secrets etc )
Cons
Occasional weekend work but that is expected in this field

Not a corporate culture nightmare, people are generally laid back, Very nice offices and lot's of great people Very supportive management Lot's of knowledge and people willing to help you learn
Cons
May not be a good fit for people who are easily stressed by a fast pace, there are a lot of moving parts from day to day, but I enjoy that type of work.
