Cons
- Too much politics, like to blame failings on other people instead of lacking leadership skill. - Everything went downhill when CEO join - CEO didn't believe in the product instead went to ignore it and probably sabotage it to advance his own agenda. - Nobody believe in the CEO direction. Outlook for CEO : -100 - CEO is delusional - leadership team is the worst, no direction, no vision, no leadership skill, care about his own face instead of making the product successful - CEO have 0 leadership skill or social skill - Got huge funding, but spend it all on useless stuff and lie to everyone, now got nothing to show. - CEO always bragging about being transparent, but he always lying and when we ask in AUA he/HR would just shot down the AUA session and remove it entirely. - Company was split into two, one spending most of the funding money doing game publishing , and the rest being ignored by the leadership team - No trust - Leadership aren't accountable for their bad decision.
