Gives false hopes to the clients and when the clients get disappointed, they torture the employees so much that they give up working with them. Shady organisation. Once you get to know their real face, or can't handle the mental torture, or slightly take stand for yourself, they kick you out giving silly reasons without a proper notice. Salary is below par. Housemaids of your society gets better package than the employees working here. Have weird company rules like sitting with a camera off in a brainstorming call and asking people to help you do things for which they are hired for.

Avoid joining this company. They lack PR knowledge and operate primarily through WhatsApp groups, treating the business as a joke . The founders lack any PR knowledge. The entire company is just 4-5 people chatting on WhatsApp, deluding themselves into thinking they are God.
