Pros
Fast-paced, big name customers, will give you the tools needed to do your job correctly, good benefits, flexible schedule, solid CEO with tech startup experience.
Cons
Lack of tech experience from the team, sales-first approach (i.e. sell the dream, scramble to build what was promised - sort of like an "over-promise, under-deliver" approach), poor internal structure of responsibilities and accountability outside of the leadership team, not a place to find a mentor to learn from unless you're looking for a sales career.
