      Pros

      Generally warm and friendly staff on the frontline.

      Cons

      Huge divide between staff and directorate. Collaborative working and morale between teams is poor. Constant sense of urgency yet senior management cannot make collective decisions. Tired offices and outdated working practices. Poor company benefits. Lacking innovation. Blame culture.

      Pros

      Pay and share of company profits. Some lovely colleagues and big budgets for work projects. Support for studying professional qualifications.

      Cons

      I left because of institutional bullying, poor culture and the way employees are treated in general. It was not possible for me to report this due to a severe lack of professionalism in the organisation.
