Pros

I worked at Strasz and really loved working here. All the employees are friendly and always willing to help you learn and grow. I had an opportunity to learn many areas of the industry and as long as I was willing to learn, I was given the opportunity to grow.

Cons

no matching n 401K and no additional benefits provided once you start and stay with the company for long term.

Pros

you can stay remote that's about it

Cons

Excessive Involvement in Daily Stand-Ups Our CEO has taken to joining daily stand-up meetings regularly. While occasional participation from upper management can be beneficial, this constant presence feels more like micromanagement rather than productive oversight. It raises the question: does the CEO have no other pressing responsibilities that require attention? Political Maneuvering and Unilateral Decisions There have been instances where the CEO engages in what can only be described as political games. Notably, calling employees personally to discuss their performance and ultimately making termination decisions independently. This approach not only bypasses the established managerial structure but also creates a climate of fear and instability within the team. Outdated Technology The company continues to rely on outdated technology, specifically desktop solution applications. In an industry where innovation and modernization are crucial, this decision places us at a competitive disadvantage. Most forward-thinking companies are moving towards more modern, flexible, and user-friendly solutions. In summary, the combination of excessive micromanagement, political maneuvering, and reliance on outdated technology is troubling. For the company to thrive, it is essential to address these issues promptly and adopt more progressive and effective leadership and technological practices.
