Pros

Decent pay, benefits, "woke" culture if you're into that.

Cons

All employees were sent home for Covid (understandable) and while working from home, were then required to be vaccinated or you were "deemed to have resigned" aka no unemployment. Even once vaccinated, you were not allowed to go to the office for work. It's a shame to shareholders that a multi million dollar building was constructed to sit empty for all those vaccinated employees.

Pros

BENEFITS (including lots of time off), on-boarding process, philanthropy opportunities, forward thinking, growing, corporate office across hall from Haagen Dazs training facility (and they SHARE)!

Cons

Physical work environment is monochrome and cubicles are short so virtually no conversation privacy. Some executives lean toward being a bit elitist. Some middle management efforts to improve work culture is thwarted by a member of the executive team's management style.
