Pros
It's in the bay area
Cons
- extremely negative culture. people keep tabs on each other and tattle to the executives. It's a super small team, yet there's tons of gossip and negative sentiment flying around. No one is happy in the workplace. It's extremely stressful. - Company direction / health issues. No one in the company has an idea where the company is headed. The CEO and other execs have their hands in other businesses and are always trying to start something different. Everything that the company does is sub-par and poorly executed because there is no focus. - very tight office space. even with such a small team, the office space is so small. Especially with everyone watching over everyone at all times, it feels very claustrophobic. - not really working toward "the cause". Although this is a sustainability focused company, no one (especially execs) seem to have a passion for sustainability. The execs pay themselves huge salaries and don't seem to care if the work is impactful.
