Failing to register with government organizations, file forms and then blame a new employee for this when they were the one who discovered the company's mistake. Don't worry, they laid her off to cover up their mistakes. 2. Janice, the CEO, will intentionally try to trip you up during the weekly team meeting and ask you trick questions. 3. You constantly have to walk on eggshells around Management. There have been how many rounds of "restructuring" layoffs this year? You'll end up in one of them. 4. Management has eliminated roles filled by BIPOC employees with no warning and refuses to tackle DEI. 5. You will be overworked and underpaid and now there's a quota for percentage of billable hours. 6. Nonprofit arm doesn't provide any measurable services to the community. Requires membership fees and has sketchy service model.

Everything, where do I start. If you need a job while you find another, then ok. But if your looking for any level of stability and growth, keep looking. This is the most unprofessional environment on earth. Sr. Executives are only out for themselves, seems like their heads are always in the clouds. They love saying they're restructuring when they want to get rid of people. For those that don't speak up, you will be worked to death, totally taken advantage of. You'd have a better work experience and appreciation working at Chick fil A.
