Pros

- Growth: a great place to grow from a knowledge perspective with limited constraints as well from a career perspective (position and monetary) - Team: your colleagues are generally from a diverse background with above average intelligence level and have an open minded friendly environment - Senior Management: cordial, supportive and young; less disconnect with the consultants and more involved on a daily basis.

Cons

Having said that you need to be mindful that it’s not a BIG 4/ MBB and do not compare their knowledge library to Strategic Gears.
