This company has a very TOXIC work environment. If I had the option to put no stars for them, I would. The leadership team in particular don't know how to lead their employees, and this is the reason there is such a toxic work environment. The environment is a result of employees following their example. They have no teamwork ethic, no integrity, no empathy, and allow gossip and back stabbing to thrive within their company. Not only that, their customer service is very poor, internally and externally. They don't treat their staff correctly at all. And the worst part is they are a human resources company that should understand the importance of treating their staff correctly. It has been noted that they overcharge (double charge) their clients on invoices, and their processes are extremely outdated. Staff turnover is also at a very high rate. Job security wise - You will always feel unsure of where you stand in this business.
