-The management is extremely unprofessional. The "leadership team" has 3 partners: AG, PD, MS. All of them give vague and controversial commands to junior employees. Each partner would yell at confused staff for doing what the other partners told them to do, and become very impatient when being asked questions. The employees would often request clarification in an attempt to ensure that work is done correctly, and then get unfairly insulted and shut down by the partners. The communication is absolutely frustrating and unconstructive in this company.
-The workplace is depressing and there is no sense of accomplishment. The quality of tax & financial service they provide is underwhelming... I wonder if the management even knows what they want. The clients sometimes even show up in person to complain about errors in the reports, which are completely caused by misleading info & miscommunicated demand on the partners' side. The partners would shirk all the blames to "inexperienced employees" even though they themselves are the ones giving instructions of what needs to be done, reviewing and signing the reports before sending them to clients.
-The partners are very rude to women staff by using disrespectful language and threatening postures. They sometimes use very offensive words on people with different ethnical & sexual identities.
-The jobs are underpaid. There is no future in this company and people never stay longer than a couple months. The company also abuses the new immigrants who want job experience by tricking them into doing unpaid work for weeks.
