      Pros

      No pros unless you like to be talked down to and pushed out by management purely because they feel threatened by you.

      Cons

      Management does not care about you. They take your recommendations to improve the warehouse and claim them as their own. They tell other employees that they just don't like you and intentially treat you poorly to make you quit.

      We take legal compliance very seriously. Since we operate facilities in several states we contract a national 3rd party service to handle HR responsibilities to help ensure legal compliance and that all employees are treated fairly and equally. All staff members are able to speak directly to the CEO as well as contact the 3rd party HR service to ensure that any concerns can be raised and addressed.

      Pros

      Great Mexican restaurant across the street to have lunch at and unwind after work.

      Cons

      The only business in San Jose that is full of Right Wing Republicans. All day they would bash Liberals with absolutely no common sense to keep their political beliefs out of the work environment. The sales team has a lack of leadership and nepotism and playing favorites prevails. One of the sales girls spent all of her time flirting with management and throwing her peers under the bus.
