Owner of the company is a nightmare, she has no sense of a priority, everything is a fire, very little direction and owner will talk bad about everyone in the company behind their back. Hired as an administrative assistant but actually glued to a excel spreadsheet all day except when you have to literally return the underwear she bought from Amazon!
